Making a Purchase

• For purchasing, add items to your shopping cart. After your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details to complete the order. If you have made a mistake in your order and can not edit the shopping cart, contact us and we will solve the problem.
• When you receive your order confirmation, this is only to indicate that we have received your request but does not indicate that any contract exists between us yet. Your order will be checked first and then the invoice will be issued. Once you’ve received the invoice, it indicates that the order and payment is confirmed and your item will be sent to you. This term is to protect us from any pricing or availability mistake. In case of any changes, we will always contact you first to ensure that the change is acceptable with you.
• VITAVIS TRADING L.L.C reserves the right to change prices on the website, at any time without prior notice. All prices are excluding VAT.
• VITAVIS TRADING L.L.C reserves the right to change delivery thresholds and charges on the website, at any time without prior notice.
• We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we don’t warrant that product description or other content is error-free. Product images and descriptions on the site may differ slightly from the products supplied. In such an event, the product supplied by VITAVIS TRADING L.L.C will still be fit for the purpose of its intended use.
• Please note that we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for items shown on our website with an incorrect price or with any other incorrect information. No contract is made with you until you receive the invoice.
• We remain owners of the goods you purchase until you have paid for all of them in full. We can retrieve and resell them if they are not paid in full. This applies to all goods we supply and to any money owing in respect of any transaction with you.
• Payment cannot be processed if any of your details is provided incorrectly.
• Please notify us in advance if you have any special delivery requirements. There will be an additional charge.
• All items purchased after confirmation of order, will be delivered in 2 – 3 working days.

Stock

• All products are subject to availability.
• If an item is out of stock, or will no longer be available for any reason, we will notify you immediately by e-mail to cancel or substitute your order with an alternative product.
• If the item(s) you ordered are in stock your order will be dispatched only after payment is confirmed and the invoice is issued.
• If you request more than one piece of the same product you need to send us an enquiry by simply clicking on “Send Query for Quantity Order” and fill the quick form.

• Your security against fraud and identity theft is of paramount importance to us. All online transactions paid for, by credit or debit card are processed via Bank Gateway Solution secure servers to ensure total peace of mind. We never hold any credit card details ourselves.
• All cards are accepted through payment gateway.

• The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, the Customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
• We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED.
• VITAVIS TRADING L.L.C will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
• Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

Guarantee

• Guarantee details for each item sold, will be sent to you along with the invoice.
• You get the benefit of the manufacturer’s warranty in respect of all the goods we sell.

Return and Cancellation

• You have the statutory right to change your mind and therefore cancel your order within 2 days from the day your goods arrive and return it in unopened condition.
• You may also cancel it immediately by contacting us prior to shipping.
• Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
• Medical goods cannot be returned unless the packaging has NOT been opened or damaged.
